If there is one manifestation of God in human flesh, it is Jesus Christ, who’s truth claims can be validated through historic evidence of his historicity and resurrection.

the Bible
We believe that the Bible is the divinely inspired and inerrant Word of God, that it is the revelation of God’s mind and will to man, in its infallibility and all-sufficiency for salvation, and all aspects of the Christian life and testimony

man
Man is created by God in His own image, meaning that he is not merely a physical being but also a spiritual being with divine character. (Genesis 1:27) In his present state, he is living in disobedience to God.

In the depravity of man through the fall in the Garden of Eden, humanity being tempted and deceived by Satan. Man is unrighteous and sinful in nature (Romans 5:12-19; 3:10-12). The human experience and a careful analysis of the world history lends itself to prove that the human mind is wicked and is not inherently pure to produce deeds that would be expectable to a holy and righteous God.

In man’s inability to save himself from eternal punishment by self-righteousness or good works (Genesis 3; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:8-9). Any approach or way of salvation that is dependent on man’s ability to please God with good works or any amount or type of service is essentially flawed. That is why the Bible renders that man is incapable of correcting himself from sin by good deeds or service.

Salvation is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can Man be saved from sin’s penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

In the formation of the Church on the Day of Pentecost and Christ is the only Head of the Church (Ephesians 1:20-23; Colossians 1:18). He is the Lord of the individual (John 13:13), the High Priest over the House of God (Hebrews 7:20-28; 10:21), the Advocate on behalf of His people (1 John 2:1), and the Judge of all (Acts 17:31). The church is the present-day body (spiritual organism) that is established by God to represent His work and followers.

That all who by faith receive the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior are instantly born again of the Holy Spirit, indwelt by Him, and by the same Holy Spirit are baptized into the one Body of Christ the Church (1 Corinthians 12:12-14).
PURPOSE OF CHURCH GATHERINGS
That the Church today meets together and continues steadfastly in the Apostle’s doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers (Acts 2:42). The church is the present-day living body comprised of all true Christians, which was established by the Lord Jesus for the fellowship of saints and the execution of the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20.
ORDINANCES
In the two ordinances of Christ, which are water baptisms by immersion and observance of the Lord’s Supper, and that all believers are to faithfully obey them (Acts 8:36-39; 1 Corinthians 11:23-34). This eliminates any form of ceremonies or rituals needed to be performed to maintain a right standing with God.
